The Jeddah Tower will surpass The Burj Khalifa and be the crown jewel of Jeddah Economic City, a 57 million square foot (5.3 million square meters) commercial and residential project that will include homes, hotels, and offices, as well as tourist attractions.
It has a gross area of 2.6 million square feet (243,866 square meters) spread out over multiple stories. At 2,178 feet (664 meters) above ground level, the Tower also has the world’s highest observation deck, with a 5,382 square foot outdoor platform.
Five-star Seasons’ hotels and 97 affiliated serviced apartments, including seven duplexes, will be another feature of this tower.
The offices are on the seventh floor, which will also have four residential tires with 325 apartments.
The elevator can take you up to 600 meters, which is a new record. It also has a double-deck lift that takes passengers from level 1 to the sky observation deck.
